WORSE subway in El Paso. We waited 10 minutes before someone took our order, even though we were the only ones there. Then the... girl taking our order was soooooo rude. After repeating our order several times, we pulled up to the window and waited at least20 minutes before she opened the window to tell us that it would be about 10 more minutes!! I told her we had been waiting therea long time already, she responded "You can leave, because we havent even started with your order" WTH??? First and LAST time Igo there!! Read more
Worst subway ever. Poor customer service and long waiting time. Over 20 minutes waiting at drive thru. Not coming back! This was the WORST subway I have ever been to! We waited in the drive through while they took our order for about 15 minutes... then waited and additional 20 minutes at the window waiting to pay and receive our food. One of our sandwiches was supposed tohave guacamole, which he asked us MULTIPLE times to confirm that we wanted it and were willing to pay for the extra charge, yetwe did not receive the guacamole even after paying the extra charge!! Another sandwich was a veggie delight without olives andcucumbers, yet it was LOADED with olives. They even confirmed our order multiple times, and still messed it up. The veggies wereOLD! They were just absolutely disgusting and mushy and sour. The manager needs to do something to this location especially withall of the terrible review it receives. Never going back again! Read more
