????Worst SUBWAY Everrrrrr... This place was a joke when i walked in all the way up to walking out with my order. 3 stooges type... of stuff with the workers on duty. Very poor customer service and very poorly made sandwich. I REALLY practiced patience on thisone. Ownership needs to get a handle on this here. Oversight with an adult to start with. Went through drive through i was charged items individually when ordering a subway meal. Employee or manager very rude, over... charged me. Would not answer my question. First time here, they made the food okay. When you first walk in the employees seem disappointed that someone has come in to... order food. They barely greet you above a whisper. The quality of the ingredients was mediocre. The three employees don't seemlike they want to be there at all, like they dislike their job. The female that was working in the evening must have been on drugs while she was working. Her eyes were barley open and I could... not understand her at all she could barley talk. I ordered food on May 4th 2022. There were 3 males working and let me tell you from the moment I walked in I felt like I wasn?t... even wanted there! So I tried to be as easy as possible to order not even correcting a couple mistakes they made during myorder. Not one employee looked happy to be there. I got my order to go for obvious reasons. Once I got home and started eatingthe food a very aggressive taste of chemicals was noticed by my whole family I?m every sandwich! Like I mean our sandwichestasted like someone was possibly cleaning the Bain(where the veggies and meats are stored) and sprayed chemicals in all of thefood(accidentally possibly). So I called the store to let them know how the sandwiches tasted and was put on hold and while onhold one of the guys joked ?hey they are asking for a manager?should I pretend I?m the manager?. So obviously I addressed thatwhile on the phone and asked the guy if he was the manager and his reply was ?I?m the shift leader?. I was advised to call inthe morning as a manger is always present in the mornings. Called back on May 5th to be told to call back tomorrow as there isno manager on site currently. During both calls neither employees felt an empathy and actually came off like they could careless. I love coming to this location. I used to live nearby and I would come here more often but since I moved I only come here every... other month or so. Either way hands down for me this is the best location. They usually always have my favorite green tea drinkand for the most part always get my orders correct. When I went there about 2 weeks ago there's this one guy that has veryamazing customer service. He's so awesome to talk to and made us feel great. Wish I knew his name. Read more
