After trying to redeem a two for one coupon @ the Cincinnati location(they don't honor coupons), I visited the Yarborough one to... try again. I presented the coupon before I ordered, they said it would be honored, but when I arrived @ the cashier I wascharged full price for both sub's!?! I don't recommend this locale or the Cincinnati one, I don't know if any in El Paso honorany coupons, patrons beware!!! Read more
I went there on 04/38/2021. Ordered two salads to go. I was very disappointed on how rude the two employees there were. There... names are Caleb and Maddie. They have no idea what customer service is very rude. I hope the owners read this thread notonly they were rude they are so slow on making my salads. It took about 15 minutes to get my order and not only that theytried to over charge me for extra meat and cheese which I had to correct them. C'mon.. Subway replace these individuals withpeople who really care and have adequate customer service and who really need a job. Read more

The worker who helped me and my granddaughter was so pleasant and patiently. He took the time to listen to us and didn't make us... feel like we have to hurry up. Other subways I've gone, they fell like they are being timed or in a hurry for us to order. I'msorry I didn't get his name but it was Sunday around 5-6pm. Thank you for the service. Read more

All of the employees are polite and fun to talk to. Their POS system went down while they were short handed and busy, all the... staff stayed calm and accepted criticism gracefully and all the customers got their food. Idk why you're stating I visited a week ago ... I stopped going to Subway the minute they stopped making the Oven Roasted... Chicken sandwich I loved so much. And you know, I was a regular at Subway. But sorry to say, no more. Read more
