The order ahead is false advertisement. Both times ive had to wait for customers that were inside to get their sandwich before... me and i ordered enough time ahead. Not to mention i even got a notification that my order was ready for pickup when it in factwasn't. To top it all off i picked up the sandwich and was charged for bacon and didnt get any and still had to wait a secondtime for my sandwich to be corrected! The most disgusting place ever! Not clean, smells weird, the staff is lazy and rude. They don?t make food how you tell them.... Ordered a sandwich today, sweet onion chicken teriyaki, and it was not edible at all, the bread was soggy with all the saucethey put, was missing ingredients, the chicken tasted old. I tried calling to let them know and no one answers, like all thetime. Go somewhere else. Read more

Good place to eat. But they turn the air conditioner so high being in winter. And theres arthritis, back pain och!!! The covers... of drinks dont work they need to have ready for the straws.But if they had warm subway would be great. Read more

Employee didn't know what specials the company advertised when asked- IF SHE HAD TURNED AROUND SHE COULD HAVE READ THEIR... ADVERTISEMENT instead of telling me she couldn't make my order. I had to wait for her to call a "manager" to come in. The"manager" was on her cell phone while trying to attend to me and STILL CHARGED ME FOR AN ITEM I DIDNT EVEN REQUEST! I expectmore from Subway. I love their salads, but this store needs better trained Sandwich Artists to represent the Company. Read more

Found a pice of metal wire on my drink. I Inform the employee working there about it and told her that she should check the... drink dispenser. But she just took the wire told me thanks and continue serving other customers. They clearly don't care aboutther customers. Read more
