The "Lunchbox" meal. $12.75. Great price and plenty of good food. Friendly service to boot!
They had an hour to close everything was going good the server was nice. Our sushi was great.Then our main plates arrived and... they were not good and considering the price for hibachi $24 and $21 it should have at least bean good.tastes burnt little to noflavor . There was a bug in my salad, as well as a roach crawling on the floor next to our table. We couldn't eat/finish our food once we... saw this and were still charged $47.00. The place needs a deep cleaning, and a visit from pest control. Read more
I reluctantly agreed to my husband's suggestion to eat here. Being a predominantly Sushi restaurant (not a sushi fan) I had... little hopes for the other non sushi dishes offered based off personal experiences in other restaurants. The ambiance wasbustling with chatter from all the customers and employees but in very chill and friendly manner. Our server Romina was verysweet and on point. We ordered the crab meat puff, spicy noodle soup, filet mignon & chicken and Chef's special roll. Everythingwas delicious. I am definitely coming back to try other dishes. Ladies, your husband may not always be right but it sometimespays off to listen and go along with his suggestion. This is one time I was glad I was wrong and he was right. Read more
I was recommended this place by so many people so decided to try it out myself. Sashimi was alright, pretty nice cut in my... opinion. Bulgogi wasn?t very tasty, in fact it was kind of weird, I have it many times before from other restaurants that ownedby Korean and my Korean roomate but this one doesn?t have the same taste. Favorite sushi place in El Paso does not get better than this. Very consistent with quality of their sushi and friendliness of... staff. Always left satisfied with my visits. Personally Golden California roll is my go to every time. Read more
My husband and I are huge sushi snobs. I've had sushi all over the globe, and we do have pretty high standards. That being said,... we value independent small businesses much more than chains and since we have moved to El Paso a few weeks ago, our concern wasthat we wouldn't be able to find good sushi or Japanese food. Being born and raised here I remembered sushi was a hit ormiss. Well, this place did not disappoint! The yellowtail sashimi was absolutely perfect, our Hiroshima Rolls were delicious,and the fries was was also great. Our server was kind and patient (unfortunately we didn't get his name). Loved the food here! I went for my birthday and they sang for me and gave us some fried ice-cream. I highly recommend this place... to everyone. It's a small place but packs a punch in their food and service. My Japanese grandmother was even impressed! Woulddefinitely go there again. Read more
