Walked in and placed a take out order. Waitress did not ask if I had any allergies to any ingredients. Was ask for a receipt and... did not get one. Received the kitchen ticket order, no transaction number, no approval code, and so forth. Additionally, aftertaking my order, the waitress selected 22% tip but noticed that I was in front of her and chose 20% tip. This is mischievous, immoral, and unprofessional from the waitress to give herself a 22% or even a 20% tip for a take out order.\n\nOn the otherhand, food was pretty good. Beef on ramen was overcooked to the point it was tough, but the rest of the dish had great flavorsand cooked well.\n\nJust be careful when paying your bill and how much the waitress selects as tip. Tip appropriately. Read more

Good service / great ambiance. Terrible sushi, sashimi and rolls. Frozen fish, not fresh.... poorly cut sashimi, hand rolls... improperly rolled. Look at the pictures. Their yuzu ebi tasted like walnut chicken from panda express except the protein wasshrimp with no walnut. A lot fake reviews here. Read more

This place is really nice! Ambiance is great and food is very decent. Honestly you can get higher quality sushi (better tasting)... in other more affordable places in El Paso, but Sushi Itto is a whole experience. You’re here for the ambiance and aesthetics, good for special occasions. Additionally the service here is very good, Andrea C our server was attentive and helpful. Read more

This place was very interesting. The server was fantastic. The design of the entry way has plenty of room for improvement. A... lot of wind blows through and if it is cold or hot the air flows in very strongly to the nearest tables. The flies were verybusy flying around us constantly. We did enjoy the ramen soup and about 5 different orders of rolls and the sriracha sauce. Thank you. Read more

The place is beautiful. However the food was not very good quality also service from start to finish was not good. I had to... wait an hour to actually get my drink. For such a long time to get food I had higher expectations. If you’re looking for agood sushi place this is not it. Read more

This place is delicious!\n\nThis new restaurant opened a few weeks ago in the heart of El Paso. This was my first time visiting,... and ill definitely be back for more!\n\nThe attention to detail is outstanding, from starting you off with some warm papertowels to clean your hands, to making their own soy sauce and Ponzu sauce, to the quality of food served.\n\nThis placeimpressed me. Our server’s name was Steven, and he made the experience even better! He was funny and superfriendly.\n\nWhether to celebrate a birthday, enjoy a romantic date night, or just have a fun lunch, sushi itto is the place togo! Read more

Came in the evening for Date night and I have to say the food was disappointing. As much as we wanted to like it we have to be... honest. I will say the ambiance and service was excellent! The appetizer we got was some breaded squid and the breading was notgood the squid was absent and some to chewy to eat. The Sushi was the worst part it had bone so obviously had to be very carefuleating it. I think it was the yellow fin. The spicy udon noodles had no other flavor than Chipotle and the chicken was too bigthat it required being cut...\nNow the drink we got was perfect not to sweet and great tasting. Management heard our concernsand gave us a dessert on the house. It was mango something and that was good.\nWe will certainly try it later down the roadhopefully it will improve. Read more
