When I got... there at 8:05 pm they said it hadn't been started because they only start the order when you get there and tell them that youare there. Then what is the point of ordering online?!! Originally a 1 out of 5. "I ordered 15 items for delivery. I asked for 50 hot sauce packets. I prefer 3 packs per item. They... provided 12 total. I have consistantly been shafted in that department. Additionally, the 2 taco supremes I ordered weredelivered as 2 regular crunchy tacos. This is the worst Taco Bell in Northeast El Paso to say the least. Thanks fornothing." This location and most of the staff is garbage. You go in to order and it's like it takes so much out of them to tell you "I'll... be right with you". They have you standing there with no acknowledgement at all for several minutes. It's been done twice.Should have learned my lesson the first time. My mistake. I guess they just hire anybody lol. I came here today to meet with the GM Monica after she reached out to me since U had a previous bad experience, I've been eating... Taco Bell for a long time more often than other restaurants and am so happy to see that there are still restaurant owners outhere that want their customers to feel welcome and to be able to talk with them! I think I might start making a trip down hereevery 2 weeks to eat in and enjoy the relaxing feeling of being in a great restaurant with great food. What was the point of mobile ordering if I go inside to avoid the line and wait over 10 minutes in a lobby set to 60° and watch... people come in after me and order at the kiosk and get food before me? Read more
Went to Taco Bell late. This is what was on my Nacho Bell Grande. I scoop of the bottom of the pan beans. My husband's been... burritos did not look tasty at all and we threw them away. I guess it you want good quality food go during the day and not lateat night. Read more
