Flautas were burned and you could taste the old oil. When I reached out, Manny the manager said no they are not burned. I made... them myself. I offered to send a picture but he declined. I came here 3 days in a row because my contract site was right next door. All 3 days I ordered online and set a pick up time... for my order. All 3 days my order wasn't ready or started on, when the staff would check with the kitchen it was obvious theyweren't even aware my order was pending. I don't understand because all 3 nights it seemed they had multiple staff working andthe restaurant wasn't busy at all. And all 3 days trash and food on the floor. What's the point on having an online order optionif they're not even paying attention to it. This will be my last time here. Read more
Ordered quesadilla thinking it would be fast since it was busy. Still took 15 mins and it?s obvious they forgot the chicken and... just ripped it open, added chicken then more cheese and didn?t even attempt to heat it. Tortilla bone dry and chicken burnt. Awaste of time and money. Read more
So make sure when you have Salvador on the register he gets your order right, this kid butchered my order and got it all wrong.... Shoulda known from the get go and he didn?t read it back to me. He forgot to apply the military discount, forgot everyone?sdrinks, even when everyone asked for a drink, not sure why he excluded the rice and beans from the main dishes. His attention todetail was just not off, but way the hell off. The excuse given was that he was new and might of missed a few items. After foodwas brought out, they wanted to refund all of it to charge me correctly. Ugh NO! What a cluster of a dinner night! And it was aslow night!!! Read more
I got the beef enchilada plate with 3... these enchiladas were the hugest enchiladas I've ever gotten from a restaurant... I... actually got full... and that is an accomplishment... went through the drive thru and ate it at work for lunch... I eat a lot...so I am impressed with this place... good taste good food... what more do you want... I want someone to personally feed me, butthat's way too much to ask for... ?? Read more
