This one was at far Mesa street almost getting to Donipan. Manager was not very friendly, his customer service ethics need a ... lot of improvement. The steak fajitas were lacking seasoning. The taste didn't come close to what I was used to. Paper toweldispenser was out of paper towels. Just was an over all disappointment. For $48 I should have gone to Texas Road house. Read more
Walked in for breakfast... floors were sticky, liquid on the floor. All dining area tables were not clean. As we started to... see the menu to order the person taking the order was very rude. I didn't know that there's only one size for coffee. She wasnot friendly or welcoming. So we place the order clean our own table. Go to the softdrink machine press the ice.... again pressthe ice... no ice... machine is not working for the ice. Go to counter the workers notice I'm standing there and they arepretending I'm not right infront of them. Finally I'm " excuse me, there's no ice in the machine. Can I get some ice." She getsmy cup and fills it to the top. I get my drink and head back to the table. 15 minutes pass no order, all I ordered was a burritoegg chorizo, 2 egg bacon tacos. 20 minutes I finally hear order #15 that's me I go to the counter. To my surprise two othercustomers come up to counter and the worker says it's order #15, all 3 of us respond I'm number 15. I don't think I'll be backto eat at this place. Manager didn't try to apologize for the inconvenience or apologize for the dirty dining area. To top itoff there was a customer eating out in the Patio and they finish. They try to come back in to leave the Patio... door is lockedmy brother had to go open the door to let them in. This was a Friday morning like at 10:30 am. Read more
Since the derby days of TC at all hours of the night to enjoying it for lunch the tacos are timeless. I had soft ones on... accident but I enjoy them soft as much as I do hard! 9/10 will also kill a taco craving here. Read more
The restaurant was empty when we arrived that late morning. Couldn't find where to sit since most tables were dirty and there... was thrash on the floor. Took them 20 mins to bring out our breakfast burritos. The young girl in the register did nothing butchat with a friend who arrived with coffee. Not pleasant a experience. I placed an online order at 11am. I arrived at 11:10 and checked in with the girl at the register. After waiting 10 minutes I... approached the register and a manager said they were waiting for me so they could make the fajita bowl fresh. I told him I hadbeen there 10 minutes. The 1st girl apparently didn't let them know I was there to pick up my order. The food was hot andfresh, which is why I didn't rate 1 star. When you walk in to the restaurant it smells like a wet mop. Read more
I love their food! But today I'm taking time to write a review about the crew. Recently I have been through the drive threw and... serviced by 2 young men. It was so refreshing how friendly they were. They seem like they enjoy having a job. Thank you TacoCabana for hiring such nice professional young people!! Read more
This is unacceptable local Taco Cabana in El Paso, Tx. Employees are rude, don't greet you give you attitude when asked for... stuff. Restaurant looked disgusting plates, cups and good everywhere. Trash cans filled to the top. Horrible service besidesgetting my order wrong and forgetting half of my order. Never eating here again! Read more
Update*** 7870 N Mesa location: 1 year later, came back and the smell of the bathrooms smacked us in the face as soon as we... opened the door. It was impossible to order, let alone eat inside. We turned and left immediately. Not sure how the works canstomach such a stench. Very disappointing, unfriendly, and careless employees. My order has been wrong every single time I'vevisited this location, no exaggeration. And when I try to politely correct it (I'm considering a possible language barrier...understandable) I'm met with rude aggression. One occasion I heard an employee yelling at who seemed to be the manger. Veryscary situation. We took our order, even though it was wrong, and got out of there. Read more
