We went online and looked at their menu prior to coming. The place seems clean and quaint but once we got here we were handed a... menu that is quite a bit more than they show online. We went back and looked at the online menu and realized it was the lunchmenu which was our mistake although you can search their entire website and there is no dinner menu listed anywhere! Theirdinner prices are a little bit expensive! We wanted Teppanyaki steak but all they have is filet mignon at 6 ounces for $26. Weordered the chicken and the chicken was good. I ordered three drinks and we each got one refill. When we got the check werealized not only were the cokes three dollars apiece but the refills also cost us. They didn?t mention there was a charge forrefills. The waitress was helpful but for some reason not want to leave the appetizer plates and the napkins on the table. Shekept putting them on the table next to us and we kept taking them back because we needed the napkins. This restaurant is OK butif you?re going to come here come at lunchtime on a weekday. Worst experience and service! I always go here but not going back. The server was super rude. I told her I don?t understand... Spanish She responded with ?Well I don?t want to speak English!? It was the worst experience I?ve had dining out. I understandif you don?t speak much English but she was so rude and did not even try to speak or get someone else who spoke English? Veggieswere cold and under cooked. Husbands filet mignon was cold. Sushi came out after the dinner plates. Server forgot numerous ofthings we ordered. Not going back! Not impressed. The music is too loud to speak with your guests. I got the chirachi and it came with only 3 types of fishes, not... even the egg omelet or a shrimp. Price are high for that variety. Read more
Got back from dinner. We get to this place I?ve heard great things about: walking in it was sheik and cozy. Very modern. But... they attend to us after waiting 3 to 4 minutes. When server comes she still makes us sit and wait for another 10 minutes to beseated. We get seated and wait another 10 minutes to have our drink order taken. When manager comes to take our order we askedif there would be a problem on being served since it was a long wait. He stated: ?oh it?s just we have too many take outorders?.????????but won?t be a problem. We ordered and still waited 10 more minutes. Table was super sticky. Miso soup wasvery cloudy and didn?t have a miso taste. When we received our rolls, sushi was very dry. Great presentation but lackedfreshness, especially since it?s sushi. First and last time. Great deals! Sushi tasted great and was well priced! They also have poke bowls, a multitude of different sake flavors, wine... (decent quality), and happy hour deals. Will definitely be going back! Customer service was also on point. Read more
I am a regular and have always received great customer service however today?s service was horrible. The young waiter was... unprofessional. When I voiced that we hadn?t received napkins, or was not offered miso soup or ask me how I wanted my steak(assuming I wanted it well done) she shrugged and giggled.The manager came over and we expressed our grievance to him, he hasalways been so nice in the past.
