Pretty bummed about my experiences lately. I have been coming to the Doniphan location for years, and it was always my favorite... of the locations. For the most part, the old crew has moved on (which totally makes sense, with younger workers going off toschools and such), but the consistency and care has also gone down.\n\nThe last few times I?ve gone with friends things havebeen off (asking for less sweet and getting more, forgetting ingredients in ice cream ?sundae? flavors they offer, smoothiesbeing totally watery etc) and we go quite often. A side note, they did change their total process and recipe on their vegan icecream and it?s not near as good and they give you less than they used to and the price went up. Not worth it anymore,sadly.\n\nI?ll probably take a break from here based on my experience today, though. One of the older workers was there (she?swonderful, and sadly I can?t remember her name) and they were out of their coconut chai. She recommended the Masala. It came outand it was pretty terrible, no fault of hers?but it just tasted very bitter. Something was off. Wasn?t like they?re spicy orcoconut or any of the others I have tried here. And I tried?I kept taking little sips, hoping it would get better, but it justgot worse. I let my partner try it and he confirmed it tasted bitter. I decided to just exchange it?but when I went up, 2 of thenew workers were up front and already seemed in conversation where I was just ?interrupting? and I got the ?look? as I startedto say it wasn?t great/wasn?t a good recommendation and tasted bad?so I offered right away to just buy another but the firstjust wasn?t drinkable. After an awkward exchange, they made me a new one, but also didn?t skip a beat in charging me as Ireturned a completely full drink. Regardless of me going there often (which I don?t know how many thousands I?ve spent there, but it?s a lot lol) or if I was a new customer?giving back a full drink and letting them know it was pretty awful, Read more

Not sure if it was an off day but the two employees working when I came in seemed untrained and unable to make 1 green smoothie... under 30 minutes. The products and consumable items being sold here are amazing but not worth it to wait 30 mins for 1smoothie/juice Read more

Cute little place with healthy options and inviting staff. Went here with my girlfriend the other day because Google lied saying... we could get rolled ice cream. Instead, my girlfriend and I got scoops of ice cream. Both were very delicious in addition tobeing healthy and vegan. I enjoyed my visit here and plan on coming back with my girlfriend. Read more

From the time you walk in there is some serious Nepali vibes. Employees were kind and seemed to know what they were talking... about. I tried the Tippi Island Smoothie, not bad. Read more
