The food took a bit to be ready and we were still missing food from our order. I love Wendy's but this location needs some work.
Ordered online, ahead of time and was going to pick through the drive thru. Was given a strawberry frosty option instead of... chocolate which was exactly what my daughter wanted with her meal. Got there 10-15 minutes later and was told there's nostrawberry option, just vanilla and chocolate. Order took another 10 minutes to come out and my daughter's cheeseburger mealwas chicken nuggets instead. Was kind of disappointed. Read more
Bad service and rude employees at the dt window. I will never understand why fast food company?s will have employees that are so... unprofessional to paying costumers. I expected to be treated as so since my husband and myself were being friendly and there wasreally no excuse for her to act the way she did. Definitely never going back to this location. Read more
Stopped by for a dinner. Placed our order fine. First big flag was some lady waiting for her mobile order for 15 minutes. Next... flag was the fact it was over 20 minutes before we received our food dining in. We had ordered a breakfast mobile about 15 mins before we got there, and we unknowingly skipped the intercom and went up the... window instead to get out order. There also were no costumers neither in the restaurant or in the drive thru, and yet when wepulled up the window it looked like no one was even working there, we were even questioning if it was open. We waited there forlike a good 5 mins until finally an older lady came up to the window and right away snapped at us for not going up the theintercom instead of greeting us. We apologized for not knowing that we had to announce our mobile order and she just told us tomove to the front and took care of the car that was now behind us first and took another 20 mins to bring us out our simplebreakfast order. the whole staff was very rude and dismissive for no reason even after we apologized. Ordered the all NEW big bacon cheddar sandwich, it did not have the bacon jam like it's supposed and I honestly wasn't pleased.... I got my daughter the cheeseburger kids meal, it was supposed to be plain and they put mustard on it. Not exactly wanting tocome back Read more
Had the new mango pineapple lemonade, I liked it, bit syrupy. I ordered the new bourbon bacon burger, I thought it was nice the... onions on it stayed in my system. The fries were good and decently seasoned. The crew was pleasant, they need to work on theirdrive thru speaker. I'll come back. Read more
