This is the first time place I visit of whataburger in El Paso ), I order Combo#1 and my husband the new chili and both... hamburgers were completely cold (only the chili no) :/ , I think they only pick them (or the bread and meat) from the fridge andthen warm them a little on the oven, we will never come back to this franchise :( . Good service always and they always have our order ready as soon as we get there.
This location is close to my house so it?s always been convenient to visit when I wanted a convenient good meal. There have... been more bad visits than good as I?ve gotten multiple orders wrong due communication skills no matter how much I try to clarifyat drive-thru. Please offer better training or hire more confident staff. Read more

We were missing two chicken tenders and we told the lady twice and then she came back five minutes later with some small fries... and fruit snacks after having to get down and go inside and finally getting the two chicken tenders and sauce, we get home andcome around that our drinks aren?t even the right drinks that we had ordered.. This Is the third time they mess up the order andat this point I?m not even eating Whataburger because I want it I?m eating it because somebody else wants it! America justoverturned the roe versus Wade and Whataburger out here really trying to beat that. Ordered an Avocado Bacon Burger, but was surprised when I opened it and saw that there was no avocado.
Drive thru just now. Ordered breakfast platter and a HBC biscuit on the side. They struggled taking the order and confused about... what they had available or not. Charged me for 2 meals. When I mentioned the incorrect charge they ignored me and sent meforward so they can handle the cars behind me. Brought out the food with no option to correct the charges. Opening the platterand the eggs are burnt, no utensils or napkins, and missing the extra things I was charged for.... Im so unimpressed. Read more
