First time trying this place. We stopped by as we were on this side of town. Service was ok not friendly but also not rude just... made no effort to greet. We had nachos were ok but too much salt on chips. Then we got our boneless wings &fries combos ????they were extremely crunchy. We did let the person in charge and she offered to refund combos. Hopefully this helps cooks beaware and also for staff to be more friendly. Read more
Liked the sauces, chicken strips were big. Staff nice and friendly, they cleaned our table before we sat down. Prices are fair... for the portion size, hefty portion of french fries. Read more

Me and my brother went to have lunch, we both asked for boneless and fries. We went back home and about two hours lates we both... started to have horrible stomach pain. We thought that it was the spice of the sauce or something like that. An hour later weboth started to throw up and got high fever. We en up in the hospital, we had to be hospitalized for food poison. After we werestabilized and labs came back the doctors told us that we got an intoxication for eating bad chicken. We called the restaurantto let them know about possible bad batch of chicken but they didn?t want listen to us. We were just trying to let them now toprotect the customer and they didn?t care. My original review for the past few years was 5 stars. But ever since this particular manager took over, its terrible. A month... ago they gave me fríes, shrimp, and wings that had been under a lamp or refried from lunch hours or the day before. Mind you.Prices have gone up. So yesterday I ordered 20 wings with 4 ranch and the buffalo sauce on the side. It was $35....which isfine. I really wanted wing. But now they are cutting corner by adding a ton of water to the ranch. So it doesn't even stick tothe wings. The buffalo sauce was the same. Plus raising prices. Raise the price, ill pay it. But im paying for a product that isgood. Also after returning the food the last time, the manager just so happened to be the cashier this time...and made sure tomake things uncomfortable. Im all about supporting local as I own my own small business....but this guy is making it REALLYDIFFICULT. The photos are the first ones I got and the replacement. The girl taking our order had given us a bad attitude and was rude when we asked for fresh limes. After receiving our order it... was wrong, we had ordered honey hot and they gave us honey barbecue. We told the lady in the front that they had given us thewrong order and she said no they were right. I know they were the wrong ones since I get honey hot every time I come. Not onlythat but the chicken was very over cooked and overall would not recommend coming to this specific location. Staff is rude andfood is terrible. Read more
From the moment I walked in the worst experience began. The girl at the front answered the phone without greeting. Which is fine... if the food can make up for the service. Next, I looked for a seat and it was hard to even find a clean seat. While waiting forthe food I found a dirty restroom full of overflowed trash. Soon the wings came out boneless when I ordered bone-in. I bring thewings back to the girl at the front and had to make the suggestion myself to send these back to get my correct order. The newwings came our within minutes and I knew instantly they were not fresh and and a quick fix. This is unacceptable, I have neverhad to take the time to write a review and would not wish anyone this experience. Read more
Las Cruces location was the best. Express was much less of an experience. Fries were cold and margarita machine was down, sad... day. :( Overall, the food is still better than most chicken joints. Read more
