They always leave me on hold for more than 10 minutes, I?ve hung up and called again to be put on hold for another ten minutes.... When I called again and asked the employee not to put me on hold because I?ve been put on hold more than once she said ?sorrybut we have a lot of people here right now?. When we got to the place to order in person, we saw how they just leave the phoneand ignore it the whole time. They do take forever so you have to be patient if you plan to order at this location. One timethey closed the door on us right at 11pm even though our on-line order was sitting on the counter claiming the register wasalready closed to be counted. I don?t want to be that person that calls corporate but maybe I have to. Anyway, good luck if youplan on eating here, hopefully you are treated better. Read more

I've never been one to leave a review, and haven't had any issues till today. Super disappointing, my wings were cleaned... properly and still had feathers. So did my husbands. As much as we pay for these combos I really do expect better. Read more

Got 4 orders for dine in, waited for our food for over 45 minutes as we watched a big rush come and leave. Was offered two free... meals, came for to get meals, drink machine was down cause it wasn?t restocked before opening shift. Always just something withthis location! Do better. :) Read more

I've tried this location multiple times... it is always a disappointment. The worst customer service. As I write this review,... I'm actually on hold and have been for some time. I was going to place a pick up order since my wife was going to drive by onthe way home. It's been quite a while that I've been on hold. She passed by and notice they aren't very busy. They just don'treally want to work... it's very frustrating the type of service they're willing to provide and their management truly doesn'tcare. I recommend you Eat some place else.. Read more

Had some the other day and it was great. Went today and it was off. Cheese Fries had weird spots where they either had a... strange sweet taste or became unbearably salty. BBQ wings were great, Garlic Parmesan also had overly salty spots but not badw/ ranch. 20+ minute wait before getting home to funky fries and enough salt to rival an online video game lobby is not thebest 2nd outing. Ordered a 30 pack, 15 atomic, 15 lemon pepper. Asked for all flats and well done. I received the atomic with hardly any sauce... whatsoever and the lemon pepper with no seasoning on them. These wings were mushy, slimy and disgusting. I threw them away andwasted $50. Never again Read more

This location is horrible. Lacks organization, cleanliness, and customer service. I made a online purchase in order to avoid the... dreaded wait time. When I arrived to pick up my order the cashier couldn?t find my name and then I was informed that my orderwas not made because of a printer issue (I still don?t know why that matters) and that it would be another 30 minutes to make. Iopted not to wait and after being told several times my refund would take so many days to receive in a effort to sway mydecision a woman who I assumed to be a manager walked over and the cashier in formed her I wanted a refund she punched a coupleof keys on register looked me in the eye and walked away I stood there awkwardly for about 5 min as the cashiers continued todeal with other customers before I asked cashier was the refund complete and she answered yes only for me to find out todayalmost 2 weeks later the refund was never and I will now need to wait again for it to process. This place adds to the growinglist of poor customer service restaurants in El Paso. I wish I could also a review on wing stop website but it requires areceipt which I was never given. Ordered online to avoid the long wait times... Picked up my order only to get home to find out one of the combos was incomplete... and the food was cold. The fries were unseasoned, soggy and brown like if they sat in old burnt oil for a long time. I calledthe store to let them know i was missing a 10pc but was put on hold forever. I was on hold the entire time it took me to driveback and still waited in line and was still on hold. The dining was dirty and there was a huge fountain drink mess on the floor.Ice was all over the ground. No wet floor signs. Huge safety hazard. Read more
