Who doesn't like wings ! .. the sauces are ok nothing spectacular .. got two combos one of 6 wings and one of 10 wings and it... came to over 30 bucks. The place wasn't that clean. I recommend just for pick up. Read more
Smelled disgusting in there, the staff was rude, they told us their advertised sandwiches were discontinued and when i asked for... rolls they told me those were discontinued as well. Food took 20 mins to come out despite the fact we were the only party thereother than another couple who was already seated. We only ordered wings and fries for two, nothing special. Read more
I do enjoy their wings. Super tasty. For me, I always order the garlic parmesian. I highly recommend ordering via app ahead of... time as the lines can get pretty long. My biggest gripe, is that the app/email will say that the order was fulfilled, but itoften takes an additional few extra minutes of waiting once at the store. Very bad service! I placed an order online and when I arrived it wasn?t ready they still took 15 minutes for my order to be... done. You would think they were busy but the dining area only had a couple sitting down. I get home and no ranch and my wholeorder was wrong! I called to complain and Mario who picked up was polite and all even offered me a full refund but it just sucksthat the whole order was wrong it just ruined my appetite. I am gonna drop this like its hot because nothing from Wingstop was! Nothing was edible when I went to this location and not... even fresh. When my kids don't even want to eat the items that we got for $70+ it is an issue. Especially when they love thebread. The bread was old and hard which was unappetizing. The fries weren't fresh instead they were old and had black spots onmost of the fries. Most of the items was hard or old and why should someone go to a place to pay $70 if I am getting old food.There was an upside there was one thing that was good which was edible and that was the potato salad we got from Ruby's. Atleast at Rudy's they weren't rude when I arrived like Wingstop who ignored me for 3-5 minutes. At Wingstop they helped theperson behind me first and didn't greet me until I said something. I ordered lemon pepper. Did not what I expect. Called the restaurant since it was an online order and should have checked my... wings before leaving. As I got home saw this and I automatically thought it was grease. I spoke with the manager and he statedit?s butter. Told him that was a lot of butter and does not taste or looks appetizing. Also I never had this problem beforesince lemon pepper is my go to when ordering wings there. He stated for me to order them dry next time. Lol. At least his makingit up by re-doing my order. Wondering if maybe I did the mistake by not ordering it ?dry?. Again not my first time ordering itand never had this problem. Read more
Well let me tell you that when go in make sure you get comfortable because you will be the for at least 30min waiting, on the... other hand the wings that we ordered were as cold as this review and since Im not the guy to make a scene I prefer to leave thisfor anybody that enjoys cold food.
