My online order was not complete when I picked it up. Got home to find half of it was missing. Been calling since that night... (Sunday) to get a refund. Line was "busy". Called again all day Monday, still line was "busy". It is now Tuesday, I am trying tocall again and finally line is not busy. Person who answers says I need to speak to manager and leaves me on hold. After fivecalls, I still can't talk to a manager. I will have to take time out of my day to come in person for a refund. Read more
Placed an online order during their busy time and wait would be over an hour. Didn't have that much time to wait so tried to... call to cancel. Been calling for half an hour already and it sounds like the line is busy each time i make a call. I'm assumingthey left someone on wait forgot about them and never bothered to hang up. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience. Me and my family came to dine inn and believe it or not, it took us 50 minutes to get served our... food! Not only this but finally when the food arrived it was absolutely disgusting. Overly seasoned fries which made them tasteinsanely salty. We ordered lemon pepper and ALSO way over seasoned !! Super greasy and slimy. Picture shows how absolutelydisgustingly greasy the wings were. I wouldn't be as upset as I am now if it wasn't for the fact that the meal ended up being 70DOLLARS. Wing Stop wings are some of my favorite wings. However, it's starting to get a little too expensive. 6 traditional wings, fries,... and drink for almost $12?! Yikes. They've started using bigger wings which I'm not a fan of. That probably explains why theprice has gone up and why they take so much longer now than before to get orders out. Came for dinner around 8. Ordered my food. Big rush came in, one big group after another saw everyone get their food in a timely... manner. I was very satisfied with my Wings and fries. Wing Stop is my favorite stop for wings. It makes it all the better whenthere's good service! Read more
My wings were COVERED in feathers to the point where you could tell what color the bird was. My boyfriends sandwich was good,... but the wings were disgusting. I get it, it?s an animal there?s bound to be some feathers at some point, but I was pulling themout over and over again, I just couldn?t eat them. Read more
