My wife and I did dine in and the lady (Kaitlyn) said it would be about 20 min, The order took over 30 min. I work as a cook at... a nice restaurant in town and it takes about 12 min to make wings, toss em and plate them. I went to grab the order from thewindow when it was ready and kaitlyn apologized for it taking so long and said it was because we are waiting on the cheese towarm up. I asked what cheese? Since I didn?t order any?she just looked at me and said the cheese. Then set some blue cheesedown?.I?m thinking who warms up blue cheese? I took the food and walked away. Customer service was great and the location and environment is clean and nice. However, huge issue: the wings are badly sauced.... Theres hardly any flavor to the wings because the wings have a lot of missed spots, theyre under sauced. Idk if the cook needstraining or if management has to be less stingy with the sauce. Would not go here again if it continues to be this way. Read more
Everytime i order food, my wings are dryyy. I would expect my wings to be covered in sauce. Some how my ranch is always... forgotten. The workers are pretty nice tho so atleast there?s that. Read more
My experience was good I got there ordered my wings, yes it took a while but then again there was many others wanting food. The... management I believe Irving did an amazing job trying to get everything out as fast as possible and had many things undercontrol. I would definitely come back to eat here. Read more
We came in staff was friendly yes. She said our order would be ready in 25 minutes ok. About 40 minutes pass and we are still... waiting for our food. We finally get it and it?s WRONG. The cashier had put in the order for all boneless wings when we askedfor all regular bone in wings. We went and told her about it and she did nothing, totally just dissed it. Food is good ofcourse, but if the staff messes up on orders I would expect for them to make up for it in some way. Read more
Wingstop on Mc Combs in EPTX has done me dirty too many times. The wings never have sauce on them. Fries are never fully cooked.... Extra crispy is never crispy. The restaurant staff is nice and the restaurant itself is very clean so good job for that but thequality of the order for the amount of money you pay is not it. I will also say that in the past the managers have reached outand tried to replace the order but it shouldn't be like that every visit. Wingstop is delicious but the Mc Combs location is notit. I paid $17.41 for 10 classic wings and reg fries, no drink. I feel like I wasted my money. Read more
Horrible management and they either over cook your wings or give them to you raw . Over five times we?ve had issues with this... location and we expected a refund when they mess up our order so many times. Not willing to spend one more dollar on theirproduct. If u can go to the dyer location do it its worth it quality and management is 1000 times better . Read more
