We waited an hour for our food and all of it was covered in an unrecognized sauce and the wings were cold. They were cooked but... cold like if they had been sitting there while we waited. We will never be back to this location. The other locations have nevermessed up our order but this is the second time at this specific one. As we go in the rest I saw the ladies working just chatting. And as we started ordering the girl tells us is going to take... 50mins for our order to b ready even tho it was for dine in.i look at the back and the other ladies just chatting doing nothing.Ask we finished ordering. I ask about other product they have on the menu and she told is not available. my kids got a tabletbut the whole lobby was a mess few tables with trash other tables were all dirty. My husband told them to please clean our tableand the girl took forever to cleaned. The thing wih the girls in shift was they wanted to go home I don't know the service wasterrible. Read more
Horrible customer service, especially from management. The fries were extremely greasy. They were disgusting. There was no... seasoning. Fries tasted like they had been sitting there. I threw them away. Wings were tasteless and did not taste well. Ithrew those away as well, I didn?t want to get sick. Management was extremely rude. I will never go back to this location Read more
I've never had wingstop before and all I have to day is they have some amazing wings. I definitely recommend the Cajun flavor as... it'd the best for heat and tastiness! This place can be a little of a wait when ordering from their high traffic so I recommendhaving ample time before ordering. Either than that, they are awesome! Read more
I wish I could give them no stars. It always takes way too long, even for just an order of fries. I placed an online order at... 8:28pm and didn't get it until 9:24pm. I went in to pay at 8:52 and wasn't called. I went up to ask about my order and thecashier handed it to me from the rack where it had been sitting for who knows how long. First pick up, our boneless orders we no properly cooked, they tested weird and were chewy. We called to let the staff know and... they were actually very nice about it, they offered to give us a new order and we decided to give them the benefit of the doubtand accepted the offer. Second pick up was the same thing, the boneless orders were also uncooked. We ended up not eating asingle boneless at all, I?m very very disappointed about what happened to us. We definitely not going back again to WingStop.I?m adding some pictures so you all can see what we I?m talking about. I?m so disappointed that I did not even called for arefund. We had called saying that we were going to be there a few minutes before closing to pick up as there was traffic. And was told... that would be okay. Got there at 9:58 to see doors were already locked and when we called they had already closed out theregister. Mind you they had did it before 10. Do not recomment this unit for wingstop.
