This place is absolutely phenomenal and exactly what we need. The gyros are on point, tzatziki seemed homemade, the greens were... top quality- I can’t say enough. Hopefully this business sticks around- I’ll definitely be supporting as much as I can. Ifyou’ve passed by a few times - don’t pass them and wonder again- STOP and enjoy some great food. Super well made authentic gyro at the Arroyo Seco food truck!
Aly was phenomenal!! She saved me when I was starving in Taos because I couldn’t find anything to eat without garlic powder.... It’s Taos so I get it but her Chicken Shawarma with some portobello mushroom was the best!!! The flavor was savory withfresh ingredients. The baklava was very tasty. Enjoyed all at Aly’s food cart first day of opening Thanks again Aly!! ???? Read more
