Both the preparation and the presentation make the plates here delicious for the eye and the palate. We only wanted a light... dinner, so the only appetizer we got was the bread. Husband ordered the burger and I got the salmon. Both of us were very happywith our choices. Finished the meal by sharing the lemon curd cake dessert which was neither too tart nor overly sweet. Justperfect! And the service was excellent as well. No wonder this place is thought of so highly among Taos restaurants. Read more

Immensely disappointing. One of the most dissatisfying dining experiences of the year. When 2 people pay $145 for a single... appetizer, an overrated bottle of wine and 2 entrees, one would expect to depart with some sense of satisfaction. Every dish wassabotaged by massive oversalting, and scorched to a charcoal. Why would a chef feel compelled to transform a perfectlyacceptable piece of scottich salmon into a salty and burnt lump of coal? Why bother importing New Zealand lanb when you intendto smother it in a disgustingly sweet sugar glaze which is so salty that you cannot experience any other flavor? I couldcontinue, but honestly, this place is not worthy of a proper critique. If you are as high or intoxicated as the other customerswere at 4:15 pm on a Thirsday, and you love to eat burnt food and salt, you will love this place. Honestly, the name should bechanged to ?Salty?s Char House ?. Read more

Loved Medley! Only got there twice on our visit. If we were locals we'd definitely become regulars. :) Neeve is the best... bartender... friendly, personable, and a real hustler. And that SMILE!! Try her whiskey sour and pecan amaretto sour. Both sogood! Had and loved the ahi tuna tostada, baby kale caesar and steak frites. Also ordered the fried shrimp tacos... a little torich. Wish they were grilled instead. Read more

Probably our favorite restaurant in the Taos area. Wonderful food, drinks, staff, and ambiance. Warm and cozy inside in the... winter, amazing outdoor dining in the summer. Hard to go wrong here. Highly recommended. Read more

Best food in Taos area, fine dining and cocktails. Our group of skiers enjoyed the bar with its adobe fireplace and cozy... atmosphere. I had the lamb chops and we shared the Brussels sprouts, delicious!!! If anyone orders the fries including the onethat come with a burger, it?s enough for the whole table. Enjoy! Read more

Excellent food, especially the lamb chop. Just the right amount of portion. Would definitely come back if we visit Taos again. ... Please make sure you get a reservation before dining it. We did a walk in and the table were fully reserved for the day. Read more
