I ORDERED ONLINE FROM ARBYS AT 2300 S Country Club Rd, El Reno, OK 73036 SATURDAY 10/22/2022 AT 707PM. THE SYSTEM TOOK MY MONEY... AND THEN WHEN I WENT TO PICK THE ORDER UP I FIND THAT THE STORE WAS CLOSED? AT 730PM? CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE, ASKED FOR A CALLFROM CORPORATE OFFCE. NO CALL BACK. Dropped in fries and drinks. The store was clean and inviting. Our fries were hot and so was the cheese. The highlight and a... pleasant surprise of the visit was the manager on duty. She was friendly and interacted with her employees with kindness andrespect. She was up front helping, giving instructions, not giving orders. It made for a well oiled crew. We've been to this Arby's in El Reno, OK twice now and their employees have been very friendly and fast. We have gone threw the... drive-thru both times. Our food was fresh and tasty. We weren't rushed to place our order and they verified it back to us beforehanding us our food. Which we appreciated because other places don't and sometimes you end up with someone else's food andthat's irritating. So that's nice of them. The only thing I wish they'd do something about is the entrance. It's on an extremelybusy street and having an entry from the back I think would really help access them easier but other than that they're great! Werecommend and will be returning. Read more
Was in the drive through when the guy on the speaker says we are out of beef cant help you. I went next door to subway and... watched the same kid serve 5 cars. SUBWAY IS ALWAYS GOOD and nice bunch of people there Read more
Well, I'm not going to get the chicken sandwiches again. The chicken sandwiches weren't even slightly warm. That was just a... joke. They wont even take your order til the person infront of you has paid, got their order, and drove off. The 2 people infront of me flat out just parked waiting for them to respond with I'll be with you in a min and keep silent until they are justabout to ditch the line. Employees need to do their job not stand around taking care of just one order until they drive off.That's terrible for a drive-through. Read more
Lately they have been really slow on the customer service...it took them over 30 minutes to get my order. They had plenty of... worker's them were just moving slow and couldn't get the orders made quick enough..not to mention 2 employee's got into alittle argument like one of them wanted to fight. I also do doordash on the side and it took them over 40 minutes to get my pickup order ready and it was missing some items for my customer will not be going back Read more
It says they are open, and post from last week says 10:30. But they don't open till 11. Everybody's still waiting at door and... drive up. Finally, Ordered to go. Didn't get the correct sandwich but if course didn't check. Husband wanted Arby'sshould've gone to Burger King!! Read more
