Truly terrible. I've given this place a few chances to get an order right, and they never do. They're usually out of... something, in this case pot pies. Check everything, but honestly? Doesn't matter. Even if everything is there and as youordered it, the food is usually subpar, easily the worst value in town. Go to Tooter's for chicken. Also this is a littlenitpicky, but it feels awful in there. The lobby is downright depressing to go into. Read more

Of I could give zero. I would. I don't do this. I have been a servers for several years. This place is horrible now. I placed an... online order, as I have before. It was 8:07 p.m. was supposed to be ready at 8:13 p.m. sent my son to pick up at 8:15p.m. hewas told they were out of chicken. He came home and I went up there to get a refund. Went thru drivethru. They said they wereclosed. I asked nicely to speak to someone at the window. They ignored me and hid from me when I drove thru and knocked. So sad.Tried to call....phone was off the hook. Did not meet expectations. Went through the drive through. Placed my order and paid. At the pickup window I was told they were... out of what I ordered. They had finished the missing items with other types without asking, items I did not want. When Iquestioned it, they just shrugged their shoulders and handed me the bag. I was not happy. I?ve eaten at KFC?s in many different countries. Most were merely tolerable, but the familiarity of the chicken always... satisfied. But the El Reno Oklahoma KFC was fantastic. They?re fried chicken and cole slaw was by far some of the best friedchicken I have ever tasted anywhere, and the coleslaw was incredibly fresh. The service was tops as well. We nearly didn?t gothere because the online information said the restaurant was closed. But my husband phoned and discovered that the store wasindeed open. Thankfully we went and tasted of their excellence. Feeling grateful and pleased. Read more
We came from out of town and I was wary from many of the reviews that I read. However, the drive through got our order out... correct, and complete. The service was friendly and the food was hot and cooked correctly. The only reason that I didn?t give itfive stars was because the dining room was closed. I am guessing that this was due to staffing and I would rather have themchoose to get the food right than to split and fail at both. All in all, well done KFC. Read more
