I ordered online and ordered a salad and paid for extra American cheese. If regular amount is 1/2 slice then I got extra! If I... am paying for something extra then I expect to get what I paid for! I really hate to leave a negative review but it?s honestly ridiculous how many times our online orders get messed up. It?s... literally in writing. I got a HAM & CHEESE melt and what do they use? Turkey. Like what? It?s a good sandwich, but i?d like toget what I pay for. Every single time we have ordered here something is messed up. I don?t like leaving bad reviews but we think this place might?ve gave us acute food poisoning!????? We ordered online on the... app and they got our order wrong. Luckily we noticed before we left the parking lot! Was supposed to be 2 foot longs but insteadthey gave us 1 six inch and 1 footlong. We went back in and got it corrected. (It was on the receipt clearly, 2 footlongs.) Also the sandwiches were an absolute MESS when we opened them up!???? I don?t know who made them but it looked like thewhole bottle of Mayo was poured on the sandwiches. I had to take napkins and wipe off allot of excess mayonnaise. But for surethe worst part is how sick we?ve been feeling since eating there yesterday afternoon. (Visit on 10/29/22.)
