Normally have decent service here but not this time. Parked in the parking lot while I updated my app so I could make a Mobile... order and the place was dead . The 10 min I was there no customers came other than me. I placed my order pulled around to thewindow and was told to pull forward keep in mind no cars whatsoever in line , was gave my order about 5 min later no biggie,pull out onto interstate and find out I was given nothing close to what I ordered. Called in and asked how they could mess up aapp order when there?s no miss communication and she said I was given someone else?s order they had another one. So basicallyonly 2 orders at once and messed both of them up. Manager was pretty rude also. Normally I would just eat what I was given andnever say a word but this burger had Mayo ketchup and mustard and I just couldn?t lol so I probably won?t be returning to thisrestaurant. Read more
Girl on the headset was constantly interrupting me while I was placing my order, never repeated the order, I asked for large and... receipt says medium but i only paid for medium so thats fine. The girl at the second window was rude as well, when I recieved amedium drink I was confused saying it should of been a large and she got an attitude and yelled "well you paid for a medium so."Also burger had mayonnaise on it after asking for no mayonnaise due to allergy. We stopped in on our way back to NW Oklahoma. The inside was nice and clean. The employees were all friendly, we were greeted... with a smile and a hello. The food was ready pretty quick. Our food was hot and tasted good. No complaints here, keep up thegood work ???? Read more
Food was spoiled when I bought it. They should be taken to court for such disgusting food. Salad had black spots on it and never... can be fresh of today. Must have been laying for several days. If I was the owner I would sent the staff and manger home. Thisis dangerous. Read more
So they build this store right next to a truck stop (for the revenue) & Google maps says open so we park at the truck stop (24/7... team drivers) & walk over to find out the dinning room doesn't open till 1030am (it was 0830) so yeah kinda defeats the purposebut that's ok the Carl's Jr. @ exit 127has better food & is open 24/7... the whole restaurant Read more
