I never will review anybody, but Miguel the manager at this circle K location has a great deal to learn about costumer... service. I stopped and filled up $125.00 in gas?. And my son and I went in to get a drink. I told my son he could have a 99cent slurpee. At the front they tried to charged 1.39 and I said it came out of the 99 cent cup dispenser. Miguel the storemanager and I walked back to the slurpee machine and my son and I showed him the cup came from a 99 cent sleeve of cups. ***Please see photo*** Miguel in his wisdom told me it was my mistake since the cup say medium, but was in a 99 cent slot (thathis team placed) and I needed to pay 1.39 since my son should have noticed the cups in the wrong slot?. over the big 99 centpoint of purchase advertising. To make it better, Miguel did not feel the mistake should be fixed for future customers and wentback to the register leaving the cups in the wrong sleeve for future customers to experience the same issue. I find this typeof handling of a situation poor. Miguel had an opportunity to fix the situation, honor the posted price and retain acustomer. Instead he showed that he probably needs to be immediately replaced. And I have spent about $ 1000.00 in gas permonth between my two cars at this location over the last 5 years. And we will not visit here again over Miguel?s poormanagerial skill set. Read more

The Lady working right now at this time is rude for no reason. I forgot my pump and I asked the lady with glasses was she... familiar with the pumps... she responded I can't see from here. If I worked at a Gas Mobil/Circle K I would take pride inknowing everything at the store including gas pumps. What a poor attitude and customermer service. The young lady with the colorhair has great customer service thank you for being nice to me. Read more
