Typical good quality Five Guys that I frequent. One time when picking up from here they handed me a milkshake that I certainly... didn't order along with my food. I insisted we didn't order it but they insisted we did so we got a free milkshake, thanks. Read more
13 dollars for a mediocre burger? Not only that it was only slightly larger then an in n out burger. 13 dollars is more for a... hungry man sized monster that you often get at sit down restaurants. Also it tasted terrible. Maybe I shouldn?t have got thepickles and mustard with made it worse. Just got out of a doctors appt and was on lunch break. Had a few options nearby but thisplace called out to me. Have had it in the past. But it has been a long time. Long enough to forget if it was good or not thelast time. Don?t like spending a large amount of money n terrible tasting food. At least if it was excellent. Also the cheesewasn?t melted. That?s strange. It?s like it the cheese was placed on after the meat had time to cool. At least the peanuts weregood. Sorry this place gets an F- customer service however was awesome. Read more
Yummy fat burgers and fries... Great shakes too! Pricey but worth a splurge now and then.
Not as great as I remember before the pandemic. No peanuts, even on request. Buns were soggy, fries were way over overcooked.... Spent $50 for 2 meals and an extra burger. Not that great. Read more
I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, small fry and a vanilla shake with whipped cream and a side of mayo. $21 and 15 minutes later I... was handed a bag with a burger and fries. I had to remind them to make the shake. No whipped cream was put on the shake and noside of mayo was put in the bag as it was ordered. I'm easy going so I didn't bother asking for either, but for $21 for what Iordered, service should be pretty darn stellar. The food tastes good, but the "high class burgers at low-end prices" sign iskind of a lie, and service leaves room for improvement. Read more
Wonderful staff made my first experience at Five Guys amazing. The staff were very helpful - and even gave me a free drink as it... was my first time there. Burger was juicy, tasty, and the fries were well seasoned. No complaints overall. After poor experienceat In N Out this was a great change! Read more
Always consistent good food... Love how many fries come in an order. We always share them and there is plenty!
