I don?t know if this place changed management or something. But we normally have a good experience but today it was awful. As... you can see in the photo, one of our meals came with the smallest amount of bbq, it is ridiculous. We also asked for a side ofsteamed veggies, which was $6 for less than a 1/2 cup of veggies. Also in the photo, you can see they cut corners on our spam aswell. They literally cut it on the short side or something because normally it is as big as the rice We have loved going here inthe past but it won?t be an option for us anymore. Update: Keep in mind, what makes this so much worse, is the fact that they open and check your order upon handing it... over.Usually the service is great, Lately, not so much. This is about the third time this happens. As I am not much of a pickyperson so I will still eat it. It is not what I asked, and I cannot return quick enough during my lunch period. This would nothappen if they wait to answer the phone when helping someone or assist the person on the phone first.. A bitdisappointing... Love the food and fast service. Read more
Just did uber eats from here. Looking at the Google pictures I thought the portion wouldn't be enough for me but the portion is... quite generous. I had the mixed BBQ which came along with good portion of meat served with rice and macaroni salad. They havepacked the sauce and siracha separately as well and not to forget the packaging with a smile was cute. Read more
Food was ok but way over priced..cost me $15 with tax for 1 teriyaki beef plate and they were very skimpy on the beef.. should... of been more like $7.99 plus tax.. plus they don't put sauce on it and only give you a super tiny container of sauce for you toadd yourself..not enough to even cover meal.. and staff was not very friendly. This place is a gem! I always love Hawaiian food and this place was delicious! The food came out super fast and piping hot. We... even got sauces to go that were still warm. We got the mini Loco Moco and Mini Kalua Pork and Katsu chicken. Both came withwhite rice and macaroni salad. They also had a huge range of Hawaiian drinks too! I've never seen so many choices! Horrible customer service. Google and their own sign says they close at 11pm and we drove quite a ways to get some food. ... Arrived at 10:25pm, they were closing up. The cashier was walking out with her food in hand and said "the cooks had somethingelse to do and nobody wants to work, and we close early now".
