I have fond memories of Noah's bagels. I went to high school near the second Noah's bagels on College Ave in Oakland and of... course it was amazing. I think Pepsi owns it now and I try to go to different Noah's I see in the wild. They are inevitably adisappointment. Its a sad example of what happens when a massive corporation takes over an indie business. This lax adjacentlocation was par for the course. They said they were out of lox spread. I asked if they had cream cheese and lox and the clerksaid yes. I told him that you can actually make lox spread by mixing pieces of lox and regular cream cheese together, and infact that is how it is typically made and he gave me a blank stare. Great place to get a spinach bagel with their salmon shmeer. & than enjoy it on the patio. But they do close at 2 PM.
Everything from Noah's bagels is so fresh and delicious! I love eating here. I had the spinach mushroom egg white bagel today,... and I got the 6 cheese/poppyseed bagel which is delicious. My other two favorite bagels here are the cheddar jalepeno, and theasiago poppyseed. They have a huge selection of cream cheeses also, they have blueberry, strawberry, salmon, regular, onionchive, veggie, salmon, and my favorite so far is garlic herb. Everything here is delicious.
