Just went to drive thru and waited five minutes and still no one to take my order, SMH. Jus pulled off
Clean restaurant and our cashier was friendly. Very welcoming and the food was good and hot. Not a long wait at all for service.
Sat at order speaker for 15 mins and then I pulled to window with no line and workers just looked over at me for 2 others... minutes and someone finally can to window with 3 other workers just walking around with no other customers in store. Please give you employees customer service training. When they mess up pn orders, don't take it out on the customer. Learn how... to speak with respect.....don't say well you gonna have to wait.....no I don't have to wait....I just will not spend my moneythere anymore. Read more
The WORST fast food restaurant in Elberton or anywhere! I wanted an Impossible Burger meal yesterday. The burner was being... worked on by pair, Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum. Dum stood there eating a hamburger with juice and onions hanging out of mouth,letting it fall from the sides of his mouth to the floor!!! This was happening behind the counter for customers to view! Afterfinishing his burger, where the food is prepared, he walks off gets his drink with no lid, and begins to crunch his ice whilestaring at customers in line. This should of been my warning to Get Out Fast! After 15-20 minutes I am handed my order, firstbite and look at the Impossible burger, a plant based option. I can tell it doesn?t look quite right, but I ate it anyway.Should have known to have walked out, 5 hours later the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced! We?ll leave it atthat. I went through the drive thru this morning prior to going to work. From the moment I got to the speaker I heard the sweetest... most professional voice. Wait was very short. Food was hot! I asked the lady at window who also took my order her name b/c sheneeded to be recognized. Her name is Shanta Tate! She definitely takes pride in her job! She had a smile on her face the entiretime & was so professional! Thank you Shanta for the great experience prior to a crazy work day for me! Read more
