Out of sweet tea, lids, ketchup and straws in dinning room. Ordered via kiosk as no one at counter which is fine put in table... tent number and waited for 20 min and see they left the food at the pickup counter with no cups. Had to wait to get those no onepaid any attention to anything but drive though orders. Trash cans were full and a guy in a plain yellow shirt and baggy jeanskept going from the bathrooms to the employee area every 5 or so minutes but wasn?t doing anything just walking. 20minute wait for curbside pickup for 2 large drinks and 2 pies. One of the pies had a bug squished in it when I opened. Yuck
Ordered 2 large drinks and 2 strawberry cream pies. Curbside pickup. 8:26p. Finally brought out at 8:44p. Fast food doesn't take... 20mins. Then to make matters worse, there was a bug on one of the pies so we just threw both away Read more
If I could give negative stars I would. Sat stuck in the drive thru for nearly 30 minutes in-between cars, because they decided... to stop taking orders at 8pm on a saturday, but not let anyone in the drive thru know. Had to get out of the car parked in thedrive thru to go in to find out what was going on. Had to then go around to the other cars to tell them so we could leave,because the workers refused to communicate anything. Then about 10 minutes later we drove back by and they were taking ordersall of a sudden. Literally the absolute worst experience I've ever had at this McDonald's. Horrible. Read more
Food was not hot, chicken didn't seem fully cooked (gummy texture). Had to ask for cups that came with our meal. Also had to go... to counter again to ask for straws. Folks standing around but actually doing anything. Read more
I entered the drive thru at 5:55 with two cars in front of me. I was initially put on hold before I could place my order. I... ordered a McChicken Sandwich, medium fries, and large Frozen Coke. The lady taking my order repeated it back to me incorrectly,so I had to tell her again what I wanted. After paying for my order the lady failed to thank me and quickly closed the window.I knew I was in trouble when I noticed that the two cars ahead of me were asked to pull over into a parking space to wait ontheir orders. I ended up having to do the same after only receiving the Frozen Coke.. Finally, someone brought me my food at6:15. I proceeded home with my melted Frozen Coke. This McDonald?s never provides consistent prompt service. It definitely isn?ta ?fast food? restaurant, and probably the worst one I?ve visited in the state of Georgia. I won?t be back and will notrecommend it to others. Read more
Food and drinks were fine, the front of the restaurant was nice, but the bathroom was less than I would expect. I know it's a... McDonald's and I don't expect gourmet food but I do want bathrooms that don't make me cringe and wish I went to the gas stationnearby. Read more
All I am going to say is the management of this McDonald?s has done an awful job preparing their employees for busy nights. I... waited over 30 minutes to receive food. Multiple customers who ordered after me got their food before I did. They claimed myorder was not on the screen. It is a shame that these young employees are not properly taught how to perform their jobsefficiently and effectively. Read more
