I?ve never been to a restaurant where the works act like a customer is an inconvenience. That changed when I went here. Only... nice people are one manager and another female employee. Everyone else is rude and gets your order wrong. Read more
If you enjoy being dive bombed by flies, or dodging bee stings, this place just might be for you. Honestly, your best defense is... to use the hours old, stale french fries as swords or spears against them. Have a family greater than 1, the drive-thru willmost certainly screw up your order. Ordering ahead, via the mobile app, giving explicit instructions does not solve theproblem. Corporate really should come visit this location. and check on their franchisee. Look at the image. I?ve worked in food industry myself so I can say customer service is big. Cashier telling me the total before I?m even fully... pulled up, never rush customers. Makes a customer feel like an inconvenience. Then getting food and drink at next window, thegirl doesn?t say a word. Just expects me to know she?s behind me putting my drink in the cup holder. A simple ?here?s your food?would suffice. Safe to say myself and lots of ppl I know won?t be coming back to this one. Happens a lot at this McDonalds. Read more
We dined in, food was good! Fries weren?t very fresh didn?t feel like bothering them for new ones. They take a while to come to... the register to take your order even after asking them if we could place our order, they continued to laugh and converse andthen come up to take our order. We've given this location SEVERAL tries hoping it would get better. Staff doesn't seem to care and doesn't pay attention. They... act like your an inconvenience. Always missing something from orders. Most of the time food isn't fresh/warm. I've had hotfries once from there. The attitude from employees is what is really upsetting to me. Mistakes happen, and I completelyunderstand, but the disregard for courtesy is sad. Read more
