Your average chain/franchise operation, but with a staff and manager that care about customer service ... from making sure your... order is correct to caring about the manners the front line employees show to their customers. Average chain places usually get3 stars. In this case the staff bumps it up to 4 stars ????. Visited, yet again, and the gentleman on the drive through wasnice, polite, and friendly. This Burger King has really tanked in the last year. Not sure if it was the pandemic, not enough help? We used to visit there... consistently, at least every week. Now, haven't been there in months....for many reasons. The last few times, we had beenthere, the sandwiches were cold, fries were cold. The Rodeo King Jr. sandwich was sad and pathetic. The chicken sandwicheswere terrible. Chicken nuggets were so dry you could barely swallow them. It just got gross. Won't go there again, until Ihear of major improvement. Read more
