It still amazes me how much trouble they go through for little things like setting up big fans in the drive thru lanes when its... hot out, or heaters in the winter. Then there is the more important thing which is that the service is almost always quick nomatter how busy they are. Though their lines are long sometimes (for good reason) they move surprisingly fast. This kind ofstuff must cost them, which does seem to show up in the menu pricing, but the food is also consistently good too. Some thingsare worth paying a little more. Read more
Good food but could be better with offering larger sizes. They had large vanilla milkshake as an option but not now. Seems... that other foods are being downsized. I now am guilty of measuring food at random places. Good chicken sandwiches. Read more
Probably the nicest employees I've seen at a fast food joint outside of the Midwest. After I ordered they had my food to me in... what felt like 90 seconds, and they even walked it to my table! Food was hot like it had just been cooked, not sat under warmersfor an hour. On the way up to the place I saw an employee go outside to ask a couple if they needed any refills or anything.Wow! This location is the best CFA I?ve been to. Each time we eat inside there is always someone walking around up-keeping the lobby.... The sweet lady, Jeanine, (I believe her name is) came to our table and asked if we needed refills and offered to take our tray.We hardly get decent service at a sit down restaurant, but CFA out preforms. Their hospitality definitely keeps us coming back. Read more
Convenient location in Eldersburg. No issues with ordering, food served promptly, clean restrooms, nice outdoor seating which is... just perfect during this season. Ample parking when I dropped by. Good food and customer service like what every chik fil a Iwent to is noted for. Read more
