Drive-thru location! They could be a tad friendlier in the morning but otherwise good service and convenient.
Absolute worst Dunkin in the state of Maryland. Literally every time I order there they somehow screw it up and i have to tell... them to correct it. Last time they forgot my cold foam, forgot 2 out of the 4 bakery items i ordered. Coffees also tastedextremely watered down. I wont be coming back to this location ever again. Read more

It is nice to have a new store in town and the wait certainly shows. The service is really fast and ordering on the App is a... great thing. The Donuts taste different from years ago when they made them in house but they are still fresh. The coffee isvery strong almost to the point it is bitter. Probably best to get a flavored drink to make it smoother. The parking lot isreally rough in the Plaza so hold on to your drink tight when you leave. Read more
Normally I don't have issues here but today I got a large iced cappuccino and it was 2/3 full and i ordered a macchiato with... hazelnut and it wasn't hazelnut. This is a pretty sad turn of events after the 3 other times I've been here and they were great. Read more
I honestly am not sure why others give this place high marks, but this has got to be one of the absolute WORST Dunkins in the... area. Our orders are always wrong or the coffees are taste terrible. There are multiple employees that have 0 customer serviceskills. One can't even take your order down correctly after you tell him 3 separate times what you would like. Some employeesalso don't wear masks or gloves, and touch our drinks and food after handing them cash. How many other peoples cash are theytouching before they touch yours? The sad part is that this location is prime in our area, but the service and quality force meto drive to their competitors. Management needs to step in and clean this place up. Read more
Other DD locations are much better, including the one right down the street. I've been here at least a dozen times and there's... always a problem. It just seems as though these employees don't care. They're slow, the order is wrong half the time, they runout of popular items really early in the day - much much earlier than other DD locations. One simple example is that I justtook my daughter there to get her a bagel with butter. It was the afternoon and no one was in the store so we went in. When Iopened her bagel back home I realized that they only put a tiny amount of butter on 1/4 of the top half of the bagel. Not a hugedeal except it costs more for a bagel with butter and I paid for it. Just lazy. I even included a photo. Read more
I used to go to this Dunkin a few times a week 2019-2020, and it was a decent location. It had good service, friendly staff,... good coffee and food. However, between 2021 - present, it has really gone downhill. The recent service is incredibly slow, theorder is either wrong or just tastes bad (burnt coffee taste, stale, watery, etc.), and the displeasure of the staff ispalpable. It's gotten to the point that if I want a coffee, I avoid this location and will drive past it to go to other Dunkinlocation on Liberty Rd. (which is fantastic). It's really sad to see this 4/5 location drop to a 1/5 and I avoided sayinganything for awhile because I hoped they'd turn it around but, my order today was so bad I couldn't drink it. Read more
