We've been going to Tony's Hibachi and Sushi for a while now, but I felt like I wanted to give Hiko a shot since they're a... newcomer to the area. My brother and I both got the Hibachi Chicken. The hibachi chicken meal as a whole was good, but I feltthat the chicken itself wasn't super flavorful, like the sauce was making up most of the flavor. If they aren't marinating thechicken in the teriyaki sauce, I think it's something they should consider since it'll really bring a lot of extra flavor to thechicken itself, instead of tasting like regular grilled chicken with teriyaki sauce on top. The steamed white rice was as I'dexpect (there's not really much you can do with it). It's cooked well and it's fluffy. My brother got the fried rice andvegetables with his chicken, and he said that the fried rice could be a bit more flavorful. Most places seem to add yum-yumsauce to the rice as it's cooking to make it more flavorful. He also felt that the distribution of vegetables could be evenedout a bit. He said there was quite a bit more zucchini compared to other vegetables. Overall, it's a good start for a newJapanese restaurant in town. I just think they need to make the dishes a bit more flavorful, and they might become a bi-weeklystop for us. Read more

The food was fantastic. I had Louisiana roll, Kani salad and spring roll and could not fault it at all it tasted so good.
