Their bagels and bagel sandwiches are absolutely delicious, if you're ordering on the weekend I would definitely call ahead as... it gets very busy. I used to love coming here and looked forward to everything bagels. Over my last several visits the quality of the bagels... continued to decline but yet I still came in. If your main item is bagels, they should be consistent. Ordering an everythingbagel should look relatively the same each time. I tried to email but there was no email address on the website, only a contactform which I did fill out and send with no response. I could not add the pictures which I am adding now. I love the small town feel of this local coffee/bagel shop. Staff is always super friendly, foods always 100%, and outdoor... seating is dog friendly! They have become such a hit, there's always a line out the door! Thus, they have opened an additionalbusiness adjacent to the existing one called KismetGO. They have already prepared organic food and drinks you can walk in a grabquickly. My favorite - J.O. We love the food, however yesterday (Sunday) I think one of the busiest days for a bagel shop. It was a wait like i have not had... before. I never saw the owner and have never had this disorganized experience when the owner is there. Very upsetting to seeeveryone getting annoyed. But like always great tasting when you get it. Read more
First off, I would like to say that we were once regular customers of the cafe, but that changed after we kept receiving... incorrect orders, poor service with not answering phones, and they were constantly out of ingredients. We stopped coming forquite some time, and about two weeks ago, I wanted to give them another try and was about to place an order online but i had aquestion, so I tried calling. I called over and over again over a span of 20+ minutes and never received an answer, so I gaveup. I then gave them another chance today, and am now even more disappointed and really have no desire to return. First,despite me placing an order for two items, I had to go to both stores separately, which is no big deal but a bit of aninconvenience, and there should be some better way to coordinate things. Upon receiving my order, my $13 acai bowl looksabsolutely disgusting and half empty. It looks like everything was literally thrown into it and there is barely any acai. Thebagel was delicious as usual, but this is ridiculous, especially for $20. I?m not one to complain, but this is absurd and iwill not be returning. Read more
The food was delicous!!!! Highly recommend the food. They are popular and busy. I would online for pickup. Came in for the... first time. Ordered two kismet bowls and two bagels. Got my bowls, after a really long wait. Waited another the 15 minutesfor the rest of my order. We finished the bowls before the bagels came out. Food from the same order should be servedtogether. First time here and will definitely be back. This is the kind of local bagel and coffee shop I wish was available slightly... closer to home but beggars can't be choosers. Friendly staff working hard on a busy Sunday morning. Shaded morning outdoorseating. Solid selection of bagels and other morning baked goods. A good selection of drinks, and I enjoyed my cappuccino. Kismet has yummy bagels and really good coffee. We haven't tried too much else there, because we're quite happy with those.... However they do have a lot of additional menu choices. Note that they can be very busy at peak hours. You are best off orderingonline for pickup. Read more
