What can I say, it's MacDonald's. So, my rating is for this particular MacDonald's. It is an exception to the rule when the... order is correct. About 95% of the time, the order is wrong. I do not know why this is such a persistent problem. Multipletimes, they don't have a particular item, because they "ran out". Overall, I am disappointed that MacDonald's corporation doesnot put a whole slice of cheese on the fish filets. They used to; many years ago. A 1 inch slice of cheese is cheap. I neverget a chicken sandwich anymore because the chicken is all dried up and the sandwich is bland and boring with just mayo and somelettuce - yuck. Chicken mcnuggets are usually overcooked and dry too. Getting a HOT coffee is hit or miss. Read more
Took 25 mins to get thru line. Strawberry smooth drink was 75% full when given to us with the explanation the machine wasn't ... working.... no options offered but got charged the full 3 bucks for it.... Reason number 427 on why chic a fil is better..... Read more
Extremely slow drive-thru service. 15 minutes wait time. Happy meal was tasty. Extra fries were missing, no receipt and Pokemon... toy was tampered with. Box was open and cards had been removed. I was not waiting in line again or going inside to resolve theissue because of time. Quality control is a must and you missed the mark. Be it a mistake or someone removing the toy is notgood. very poor conditions. drive thru is fine, went in to get more food, since the app sucks and cant use multiple deals at once, and... i gave a $5 bill for my $1 fry (deal in the app) and the lady only gave me back $3 not $3.94. yes i know it was only $0.94, butshe practically stole my money since i never told her to keep the change. Went inside to get some food, started ordering on the kiosk and halfway through the employee (very rudely might I add) said... ?we?re CLOSED on the inside you?re GOING to have to go through the drive through? there was NO sign on the door, door wasn?tlocked, and there was trash all over the lobby, napkins on the table, half empty drinks on the table and trash all over thefloor. Generally speaking, the food and drinks you get at McDonald's are all pretty standard and reasonably good. What makes the... difference is the service. On this morning's trip, I was in line for 15 minutes and there were only four cars ahead of me.that's a little bit long if you ask me. I think they were understaffed and under whatever. All I was getting was an iced coffee- hard to resist the large iced coffee for a dollar. the 15 minute wait behind four othet cars- that's a little much, okay? I'vebeen here other days and it's been faster but today they fell flat on their face timewise. Read more
Needed a quick meal and this is the nearest fast food. No issues during ordering, what I don?t understand is why they have... separate window for drink and sandwich. Don?t know if they?re busy that moment and it was a little wait. Anyways food came outhot, fresh and good, no complaints there. Read more
Extremely rude customer service !!! I ask for an ice tea with x ice and when the female employee handed it to me it did not have... the extra ice and when I ask her for the extra ice she gave me a rude look. After correcting the request for the x ice shepreceded to give me the small coke with hardly any ice ?she should not by any means be working the window! Read more
