Nora’s really dropped the ball on my GrubHub order today. I placed an order around 10:00 am to be delivered at 12:00. I... received confirmation and updates and they delayed the order delivery to 12:45 which was fine but as I was tracking the GrubHubdelivery driver they get to the restaurant and it was closed. They wasted their time and I now need to pivot for lunch. Verydisappointed because I was looking forward to trying them. Read more
I don’t like to write negative reviews, but my gyro was absolutely terrible. I ordered a Lamb gyro and after 2 bites I had to... open it to see if there was any meat in it. I paid $12 bucks for a lamb gyro and got 2 slivers of lamb meat. If it wasn’t for1 bite at the end with a little bit of meat I would have thought they gave me a veggie gyro. I wish I would have pulled the meatoff and weighed it. No way there was 2oz of meat on it. McDonald’s regular cheeseburger has more meat on it than what I got inmy lamb gyro today. Its saving grace is that is was tasty food. Though almost $30 for 2 gyros that only had 1 thin piece of lamb for meat and a... bunch of lettuce. What i found out later is to make this place affordable you really have to hit their sales but after payingmuch less elsewhere for gyros jam packed full of meat and goodies i don't see myself ever going back here. This was our first time ordering from them and it will not be the last. I placed my order online directly through their website... and had it delivered. It says they use door dash. When I started unpacking my food I noticed I was missing all my dips and pita.When I called the girl was extremely apologetic and she said she will have the chef put together right away and she will bringit over. The rest of my order got here very quickly! That level of customer service is amazing. The fact that their customerservice is so great and their food was delcious I will be going back often!
