I never imagined I?d write a bad review for Panera, but the people at the register have been so rude lately. My husband stopped... going to Panera after our orders always took too long, even on slow days, but I love the food and would still go to thislocation. Not anymore. The employee at the register (the name on the receipt was Amanda) was incredibly rude. We waited at thefront as she and two young men ignored us to have their own personal conversation. She continued that conversation through ourordering, misheard our order because of her talking, casually leaned her leg on the counter and gave us looks as if we wereabsolutely ruining her day, as she talked about not wanting to be there. I can deal with messy tables and long wait times aslong as people are friendly. I do not need to feel bad just for ordering lunch. Read more

This is a different type of review. You see I was there yesterday and almost chocked to death on a hard piece of bread. Thanks... to my dear friend, management, a cashier and a patron I am OK. Everyone was quick to respond and the patron gave me the heimlichmove and probably saved my life. I am grateful to all and thank you from the depths of my heart.
