I never imagined I?d write a bad review for Panera, but the people at the register have been so rude lately. My husband stopped... going to Panera after our orders always took too long, even on slow days, but I love the food and would still go to thislocation. Not anymore. The employee at the register (the name on the receipt was Amanda) was incredibly rude. We waited at thefront as she and two young men ignored us to have their own personal conversation. She continued that conversation through ourordering, misheard our order because of her talking, casually leaned her leg on the counter and gave us looks as if we wereabsolutely ruining her day, as she talked about not wanting to be there. I can deal with messy tables and long wait times aslong as people are friendly. I do not need to feel bad just for ordering lunch. Read more
Cashiers are always more than nice & helpful. The people that make the food have no clue what?s going on, at all times. Neglect... special instructions if it?s not an allergy. Stingy on toppings. Read more
This is a different type of review. You see I was there yesterday and almost chocked to death on a hard piece of bread. Thanks... to my dear friend, management, a cashier and a patron I am OK. Everyone was quick to respond and the patron gave me the heimlichmove and probably saved my life. I am grateful to all and thank you from the depths of my heart. Stopped in shortly after 1 pm for two you pick two soups and sandwiches to go. The food was hot and tasty! The staff were nice... for the most part. They were talking about missing receipt paper and then one crossed paths with me awkwardly. Overall apositive experience though! I would recommend this location. Read more
PRICES UP - PORTION SIZE DOWN We know we pay a little extra to eat Panera but after getting such small portions my last 2... visits, I was pretty disappointed. I ordered online and they were very backed up. Then I get home and the entire order is wrong. I got 1 1/2 tuna sandwiches but I... ordered Turkey BLTS. And the bread on my sandwich was ripped apart. When I called and spoke to the manager, she suggested acouple of options to make it right (remake or refund) which I appreciated but she never apologized and she hung up on me at theend. Read more
Got an email saying my online order was ready, but it wasn't there and I had to go to the counter anyway. Other than that they... were really helpful with answering my questions about ingredients so I can stick with my vegan diet. They have a lot of goodoptions. Read more
