As a business owner myself, customer feedback should be welcomed and acted upon. It is very unfortunate that I have to leave... this review but one must speak up. The lack of communication available with this business for any sort of update to an order orif the order needs to be fixed, is very upsetting. My family will always give a business multiple chances to fix issues butenough is enough. As a customer/consumer, we have all the rights to go elsewhere where our dollar goes further..and movingforward we will do just that. With the current economic situation in this country, we cannot be treated as our dollar doesn?tmean anything. If an order is incorrect please understand that when a customer gives you that feedback, please acknowledge itand try to rectify the issue not just give an attitude or make the customer feel they are wrong when THEY ARE SPENDING THEIRMONEY IN YOUR BUSINESS. I have always been a fan of Bolis. Not this location. The sauce tastes differently and the pizza was half raw. Cheesestakes were... tasteless. Very unhappy as I know no other pizza than Bolis. Read more
Just ordered and the website said it would take 40 mins??it took 17 mins!!! Mad compliments to the chef of our pizzas and steak... and cheese sub! Tons of toppings, tons of meat?.ugh?..100%?job well done!!! ?????????? Read more
I just got pizza from here yesterday for national Pi day , I always, always get the crab pizza.... it?s my favorite, but I went... to reheat some just now for lunch and bit into something hard on this one slice, I pulled it out of my mouth and it was somesort of plastic?? Sharp too, I have no idea where it would?ve came from and I?ve never had issues with this location before, butthis was very upsetting, not sure I?ll be ordering from them anymore. The food here is always perfectly made and of the highest quality. I look forward to coming into this store every time I see it... and am always ready to eat amazing food when I enter here. Also this resturant has some of the highest quality pizza I have everhad and also has amazing flavors. The staff is always extremely friendly and welcoming and really makes me feel at home. Read more
