Always my go-to for pizza delivery when I am in a rush for dinner.
Don't charge a delivery fee and then ask to tip the driver -- that's crass. All that tells us is you're not paying the driver a... proper wage. You need to fix the issues with the mobile and internet interface for ordering pizzas. We ordered two pizzas through the app and... made the mistake of not checking our email receipt once we got to the Pizza Hut location to pick up our order only one item wason the order and we had to order the second item in store and wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes for the pizza to be finished Read more
Employees Beth and Victor know me by name. They have my pizza in their hands, ready to put it in my hands, even as I am opening... the door to enter the shop. These young people are to be commended and rewarded for their excellent customer service, theirdeportment, their attention to everything that makes my shopping experience pleasant and comfortable. Manager didnt really care too much, we ordered and paid for items that werent recieved and biggest thing was i ordered a veggie... lovers pan pizza and they served meat to us and my mom is a vegetarian and the crust was thin and crispy. And when the Managernick came out he just kept repeating "that is a pan pizza" highkey annoyed and nothing was done. My mom couldve gotten sick. Read more
I liked the food when my family and I dinned inside but, since Covid-19 we've had to order delivery. We had ordered twice & the... first delivery was way under cooked dough. The second time we ordered delivery 2 months ago there was hair in our breadsticks &pizza's the dough was still very undercooked cheese was not melted all the way. Not sure why even order new Cheese melts, it has neither cheese nor meat. If i were to guess, this could be coz of newly hired... folks which i hope not. BTW Papadia @ PapaJohns has atleast meat you like. I am PizzaHurt turned PapaJohns fan, it pains me toeven write this review.
