I was so disappointed in the burrito bowl I ordered tonight. It had absolutely no flavor despite all of the toppings. It was... awful & a complete waste of money. Also, the floor throughout the entire restaurant had some type of residue or soap on it thatmade it extremely slippery. You couldn't even walk on the floor. Just eat at home. It?s not worth it. They had plenty of staff, but they seams distracted and disorganized. Everything seamed to... be disorganized and the food was old/not fresh looking/messy. They were backed up on online orders and the person wrappingburritos looked like he has never touched a Tortilla. My wife ending up throwing her food away. Read more
They consistently tend to forget to include ingredients in my takeout orders. Today they forgot to include the impossible... protein. So I'm paying extra for a no protein bowl. Yay..... I have a feeling it is because when they run out of something,they don't want to make more, so they just skip it. They don't even let me know they ran out and offer a refund or substitute oranything. Star lost is because the manager is rude to his employees. Went in tonight for dinner for myself and my hubby and heard the... manager abusing his staff the entire time. They kept their composure and politeness even in the face of his terribleattitude That is the only reason for 4 stars. The staff being able to put up with his ego is a miracle and if he continues toact this way you will loose them. Read more

Then more I make a visit here the less I am liking it. It's been forever regarding brisket being available yet they still have... it in the menu. The latest issue I have with them is that during the last visit there was only one person working out front,taking your order who also served as cashier and only one other person in back cooking. How do I know this? Because I askedwhere the rest of the employees were. The answer I got? If I was the boss? Those that didn't want to work because of what dayit was? Would have all been fired.
