I think this is one of the best ones on east coast I been to Delaware and back stop at like 8 they all had dried chicken and... half of them the bathrooms didn't work. I think this one has the best chicken to and very nice managers. Cheapest cigarettesaround. Read more
Employees making food usually seem under the influence, so they're making constant mistakes or moving painfully slow. They don't... speak to you, look you in the eyes or confirm your order. They just slide it across the counter which has led to the wrongorder being given out multiple times. The people making your food will touch their faces, earbuds, or fist bump people thencontinue making your food without washing their hands/changing gloves. This is absolutely a health code violation. Cashier'sare usually very friendly. I don't think I want to keep getting food from this location though. Update 6/30/22: They got myorder wrong yet again and then gave me an attitude about it and started cussing under their breath (which was very loud lol) Read more
Went in at 9 pm to order food (tenders and fries) there were no fries ready atm so I asked the guy behind the counter if more... fries were being cooked and he said not tonight. So I asked him were they closing early or issues and he says no he just wasn?tcooking anymore and when I continued to ask he said it?s going to take over 30 minutes and his shift was ending. Got a few breakfast sandwiches and the biscuits were so rock hard on the bottom you would crack a tooth if you bit down on it.... Sad your once ok food has become nasty and a joke. What's worse is their social media staff's complete disregard of customersconcerns about the food quality (spoiler, they completely ignore people). RF used to have great iced tea...fresh brewed every day, tasted great, and was relatively inexpensive. But now, they have the... premade, reconstituted tea machine, and it tastes like Ajax. I used to buy food, snacks, lotto tickets, etc., and of course gaswhen I came in for my tea, but now I've taken all my business elsewhere because of the change. The Royal Farms is conveniently located on the corner of 26 & 32. Spacious tarmac and ample parking. The Fried chicken is... usually good when it is fried in new oil. The western fries are always good. There is a clean public restroom. There is even asmall area to sit and enjoy your chicken and fries if you don't want to take it home. Read more
