Came for coffee. Decent service. Nice decor. No food. Last time I had egg bites from Starbucks it made me physically ill. Not... from this place. Overall food quality from Starbucks is very bad. Read more

The baristas at this location just never seem to be nice. Today, a tall, dark haired girl with pony tail served me today who was... not friendly at all. Didn't smile once and short one word answers. The only reason I keep coming here is because it's close by,otherwise I really am disappointed with the service. Never friendly. And then when my drink was up they didn't even call it outso I had to just keep going up to the counter and checking until it magically appeared. Read more

I got a nice caffeine-free tea and was thankful for the option. They have a pretty large area for chilling or hanging out. I was... able to meet with some contractors and plan out the work for the day without being disturbed or anything. Read more

After 20+ trips to this Starbucks I'm giving up and switching to Dunkin. I've only dealt with one woman on staff who is friendly... and helpful. The other members that I've encountered act like I'm inconveniencing them by asking for help. I attached an imageto show the final straw though. I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha, and when I reached my brother's house (just 2 miles away) Iopened my cup to see that it was only filled 3/4 of the way (you can see my drink stopper is still in the lid). That's simplyunacceptable when I'm paying $4.50 for a drink. So when I called the store they asked 1) if I drank some of it, 2) if I spilledit, and 3) if I asked the barista to leave room for cream? They told me I could bring the drink back into the store and they'dtop it off... really? No thanks, I'll be runnin' on Dunkin from here on out. Read more
