This place is fine when you are ordering in person. DON'T use the app for pick-up if you are ordering ANYTHING other then one of... their standard sandwiches. If you do order something with a modification (extra cheese, no pickles etc)... no hope it will becorrect. Super annoying... you canNOT view the menu on-line if they are closed. So, trying to plan in advance for your kidsafter school tomorrow... forget it. Go to McDonalds. So much easier. Read more

Avoid this place at all cost, something changed here, not sure it is new owners or what but the younger crew that normally ran... this place now is no longer there, there were still young kids there behind the counter but they were being directed but othersthat I have not seen there before today. Also, the older gentleman that seems to be in charge went out the front door andreturned with prepackaged liquids, about 5 packs or some sort of sauce/toppings in the front door. Mind you it was about 95degrees today in this area and he just walks back in the front door with those bags in hand without any care for thetemperature. I ordered the veggie pattie sub (mobile order) and was given bread with lettuce. This happens every time I order from here.
I strongly recommend AGAINST getting a meatball sub here. I've had 3 in the past few months that have either been cold, the... meatballs taste stale or the sauce is sour and nauseating. I'm giving three stars solely for otherwise relative cleanliness andfriendly staff. Read more
I have ordered mobile from this restaurant 10 times. They have gotten my order wrong EVERY single time, (not exaggerating)... despite multiple complaints. ???? I honestly cannot believe how they manage to mess up every single order I have made. 3 out ofthe 10 times when I have ordered a veggie patty sub, They literally just gave me a sub roll with lettuce + spinach only. Nopatty , nothing but lettuce and spinach. Very disappointed. Will not be returning here because I am tired of wasting my money,never getting what I order despite several of my own complaints :( Read more
This is my favorite Subway location! I live in Westminster and drive out of my way to come to this Eldersburg location. The... restaurant is always clean and organized and all of the staff that I?ve encountered are fun, efficient, friendly, and wellmannered!
