I just moved from California where I ate sushi nearly every week for 7 years. I've been to some of the best sushi restaurants... in the country, and surprisingly (at least to me), Sushi Q in Eldersburg, MD is the best sushi I've ever eaten. The sushi wasliterally perfect. The ingredients were fresh. The avocado was immaculate. They clearly take a lot of pride in theirpresentation. The service was excellent as well. This place is a perfect 10. What a lovely new addition to our community! We went to dine in about 7pm on a Friday night. We were immediately sat and... incredible service began right away. We tried different areas of the menu starting with Miso soup which was bursting with flavorand spring rolls which were also very tasty. I also tried the Tuna Tsunami which was incredible! On to dinner, I ordered sushirolls and my husband went with the shimp and Chicken hibachi. My rolls were fresh and very delicious. My husband not being a fanof Sushi was happy that there was an option for him. He loved his hibachi dinner and we have already been talking about goingback soon! Read more
