I hadn't been in the store before. And now I regret that I haven't! The smoothie and the employees were great. I had a dentist... appointment today and could not eat solid foods, So I stopped in for a smoothie. The young lady at the counter was extremelykind and helpful and patient with me, because I had no idea what I wanted. She was very helpful and very explanatory. There's awide variety of different smoothies, fruit and non fruit, but they also serve food. They offer added supplements to theirsmoothies, such as energy boost, B12, probiotics, multivitamin, vital proteins collagen and the list goes on... I went inthinking I was going to get a fruit smoothie because I didn't think I would like something with peanut butter or oats or chiaseed, but I left with the, Chia Banana Boost -banana, chia seeds, almonds, whole-grain oats, cinnamon, dates & coconut withchoice of peanut butter or strawberries. I ordered some quesadillas and it was very good ( salsa verde and Santa Fe ). It tasted fresh . I will definitely go back and... try their smoothies. Highly recommend this place to have a super healthy meal. Read more
I had accidentally sent over to orders to the Westminster tropical smoothie when I actually had wanted to send it to the... eldersburg tropical smoothie... When I called the Westminster store I was told that they had already made the smoothies andcould not throw them away and therefore I could not get a refund for my two orders that I accidentally sent over, that it wouldbe 2 weeks before the general manager would be back in the store, then the gentleman at the Westminster store accused me ofbeing rude to him and I even asked him "did I cuss at you did I say something that offended you because I'm not being rude toyou I'm only telling you that I want my money back and to tell me that you could not guarantee me my refunds wasunacceptable"..., but when I went inside the eldersburg store and asked if there was an 800 number that I could call to try andget my money back a gentleman and a lady whose name I forgot to get were so kind and helping me out and getting my refunds...The gentleman at the eldersburg store told me that he would call the Westminster store and talk to them and within less than anhour the young lady called me on my cell phone to let me know that both of my order said hi and accidentally sent over to theWestminster store had been refunded... I honestly have not come across such great above and beyond customer service in such along time and I am so grateful to the eldersburg store for helping me get my money back thank you thank you thank you so muchfor helping me out. The quality of the food is excellent and the customer service is great.
So far a great experience from Amina and crew. Previously we would visit the Ellicott City location as it was closest, now we... Sykesburgians have it close at hand. Quality and service have been consistently good over the last five visits. I'm a fan ofthe Caesar Supergreen Wrap and Detox Island Green Smoothie (fair warning, no sugar and my wife says it tastes like dirt...Perfect for me!) Order ahead and pick up inside the store on a shelving unit to the right of the entrance. A very welcomeaddition to town. Wish you all success! Read more
