What can I say. The owner hires kids. The manager can't do there jobs because kids don't listen. And you'll never get any... chicken if the kid making the chicken keeps staring at the salad girls but. I was there for an hour in that time the chicken wasempty 55 min out of that hour. Ordered a bronco (all meat) with onion, peppers and pineapple. Got home to realize it had NO meat at all on it. Just vegies and... pineapple. Called to report the mistake. They offered $5 off my next order. Deal for them as there won't be a next order fromme. Read more

Good food. Although pricing in eating out continues to rise. Seems like a good remodel is in order for the inside is dated.
We got here noon today(July 09). We should have kept driving because the parking lot only had 3 vehicles in it and noon is... supposedly right at the peak of the lunch rush. There were 7 total people in the dining room, including ourselves. The foodthat was available to eat was old and near room temperature. What there was to eat anyway. See pictures. We asked the managerwhere the chicken, pizza, and the rest of the food was. Her response was "We have chicken cooking and we just put 2 pizzasout."(This was after I took pictures) One pizza was pepperoni with no sauce, just cheese and pepperoni(see last photo). Theother was a BBQ bacon pizza. Still no fresh chicken, breadsticks, or cheesesticks. The staff was not too concerned aboutanything as they were too busy talking in the kitchen. If you have time to lean, you have time to clean. Especially the kitchenfrom what I could see. We informed the manager this was THE worst Pizza Ranch(even worse than the one in Cedar Rapids andVinton) we had ever been to and requested our money back. We got our refund and left. Corporate needs to visit this place andyank their franchise. The health department needs to visit this place too. The food at room temperature and the cleanliness ofthe kitchen. Read more
The broasted chicken is always delicious. The pizza and other food options were at a good temperature and taste. The employees... were upbeat and courteous. The dining area could use a deep cleaning including the carpeted floor. Read more
I ordered a thin crust and it was over cooked. So disappointing. I love this chicken.
